Brian provides highly personalized wealth management services, listening carefully to clients' needs, helping them formulate goals and often working with multiple generations within families. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and specializes in financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment management, tax-efficient legacy planning and insurance. He is a graduate of St. Joseph's College with a B.S. in Finance and received an executive certificate in financial planning from John Carroll University. He is a member of the investment committee at Magnificat High School, located in Rocky River, OH.
Brian joined Baird in 2021 to help form The Brennan Ferritto Kurtz Group following an 18-year career at UBS Financial Services. Prior to his profession in financial services, he had a successful career in a wide variety of small businesses. The experience he gained has provided him with unique insights into both the operational and financial aspects of the business world.
Brian resides in Westlake, OH with his wife, Tina. Outside the office he enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family, especially his four daughters and seven grandchildren.
Frank Ferritto, CFP®

Frank joined the Baird Cleveland office in 2021. Prior coming to that, Frank spent the past nine years at UBS as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. He is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Finance. In early 2015, Frank achieved the title of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional.
With access to the extensive global resources at Baird, Frank advises his clients on asset allocation and investment selection as it pertains to their financial goals. He focuses on managing generational wealth, providing solutions and unique opportunities to the challenging problems and concerns of the team’s clients. He is committed to a high level of service and the success of his clients is his top priority.
Frank resides in Mayfield Heights with his wife, Danielle and their sons, Jack and Henry. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.

Brian joined Baird in 2001 as Branch Manager of the Cleveland office. Since then, he has assumed the role of Branch Manager in the Dayton office and serves as the Executive Market Director for more than 40 Baird offices in the US. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from John Carroll University and in addition to holding many securities and insurance licenses, Brian is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute® at the Wharton School of Business -- a three-year executive program for leaders in the financial services industry.
He specializes in retirement planning and professional money management and has more than two decades of experience in research and brokerage positions with national financial services companies. Brian believes that honesty and openness are essential in forming a long-term relationship, which is why he works to gain his clients’ trust.
An active member of the community, works closely the St. Martin de Porres High School Corporate Work Study Program, Achievement Centers for Children - Camp Cheerful and Recovery Resources. Brian, his wife Sarah, and their three sons, Mason, Caden, and Henry, reside in Medina.

Tracy joined Baird in 2019 and is excited to be part of the team. She provides client service with an emphasis on daily account maintenance, cash management and all other administrative tasks for our clients.
She has a BA in Psychology from Ohio University and a Master of Arts in Teaching Reading from the University of San Francisco.
Tracy lives in Cleveland with her husband Chris, and their children, Brian and Arden. She enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, reading and gardening.
